I just did Leslie Sansone's 5 Mile Walk which I found here:
http://youtu.be/ZEEOSE5dBo4
I'm not sure how to log it though. In theory, and according to the video, I walked 5 miles in an hour and could log it as "Walking, 5mph". However, I'm not convinced I really did 5 miles and the calories I supposedly burned don't seem realistic either. For example, I burn less in an hour aerobics (low impact) than during that 5 Mile Walk, even though I feel much more exhausted after aerobics.
Has anyone done any of Sansone's Walks? How did you log them?

I do the Leslie Sansone 5 mile walk regularly and I burn on average 438 calories. I measure it with an hrm and fitbit so know it is reasonably accurate for me. However I am 62 years old so my age will put the calorie burn lower than someone younger.
I hope this gives you some idea0
