Monday
Weighed myself - 183lbs (+5 from what's on mfp...)
Food/Nutrition:
Breakfast - 1 egg, 2oz of sausage.
Lunch - Yams (with walnuts and marshmallows), 1 mini pork sandwich, and 100cal granola bar.
Dinner - TBD
Exercise -
TBD
Last Night Sleep & Water
6.5 hours, 5oz of water so far.

Dinner - pizza, frozen. 3 slices

Tuesday:
Didn't weigh myself today.
Last night's sleep - 7.5 hours. (Sunday night was 7.5 hours too, I just can't count...)
Breakfast - 1 egg, 1 piece of bacon, 50% of my multivitamin
Junk food due to work - 2 doughnuts I failed in saying no to.
Lunch - 1 dinner roll with shredded pork, 1 cup of homemade salad
