Just wondering if anyone out there who has Crohns, Ulcerative Colitis, or Microscopic Colitis has noticed an improvement in their condition when they started Paleo.

    Have you looked into SCD,from Breaking the Vicious Cycle?
    I am on a support group on fb and many people with the same diseases are using this protocol and it's working wonders for many of them.
    It is the same as paleo but works by eliminating and then reintroducing.

    I don't have the same issues but have leaky gut and other digestive disorders.I am starting week 3 and it's done wonders for me in a very short period of time.
    There are any people that are symptom free from this.
