They sure gave me the crunch i needed. I read about them in one of the other groups I belong to on here ( sleeve groups) I bought 4 bags from GNC and they were 2.84 a bag! I then ordered 2 boxes (8 in a box) from thevitaminshoppe with a coupon I had it was 2.03 a bag. This is the best price I have seen. I like the BBQ and the cheddar ones There is 21 gr protein in a bag and 130 calories
