I wanted to share this group, which has been a tremendous help to me in my recovery, with you guys.
Basically, it teaches you what happends to your body if you restrict for a long time, and also how you are very likely underestimating your real metabolism and maintainance levels.

As a bit of encouragement, here are my weight (in kg) and calorie intake charts. I started at around 1400 cal a day and went up to 2700 (and am planning to go even higher) without my weight changing AT ALL.
Feel free to ask me any questions - I now feel better then I have for the past 7 years of my life, and I would love it if I could help somebody else in their recovery.
