3 Weeks in on Creatine. Lost only .5 lbs in 3 weeks should I be worried?

    Creatine will cause your muscles to hold more water and therefore make you weigh more. It has also been shown to help grow lean muscle, especially when you first start taking it.

    If you are in a calorie deficit you are most likely still losing fat, but the added muscle/water weight will be negating the total weight loss. It's nothing to worry about.

    If you are interested in building muscle/losing fat I'd recommend getting some scales that measure your bodyfat %. They give you a much better indication of what is going on than just total weight alone.
