Interesting group that is a good fit

My name is Darrin and I am in my late 40's. I lost 15lbs before I started on this site and I have lost 16 more lbs since. I think I may want to lose 5 more lbs through strict nutrition control and strength training. Push-ups, sit-ups and dumbbell work are what I am focusing on for now. It will be great to talk to so many interesting people in here :~]
