What helps you satisfy your sweet tooth without using fake sugars and is still healthy?

This time of year, I love pumpkin bread. I use the Cooking Light recipe (http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/pecan-topped-pumpkin-bread), which comes in at 200 calories per slice. To keep portions in control, I bake it, then slice and freeze. So when I want a treat, I just pull one out and microwave the one slice.
Ohh...and I usually trade out the pecans for chocolate chips. Calories are about the same, but I love the extra richness of the chocolate.0 -
