Not eating enough fat

Hey everyone! I've been tracking my weight on this site for a while now and I've noticed that I almost never eat enough fat. I am keeping my net carb intake below 30 grams per day. How essential is meeting my daily fat requirement for losing weight? Does this effect how much I lose?
Thanks for any and all input!

If you go low carb, your best bet is to go high fat. My macros, in grams, are set to 20g carbs, 68g protein and 111g fat. Basically a 5%/20%/75% split.

Too much protein can keep you out of ketosis.

Easy ways to get fat: heavy whipping cream and coconut oil in coffee (this is how I start my day), full fat cheeses, butter, olive oil, fattier cuts of meat, etc.

For example, my meal I just ate was: 16oz coffee with 10g coconut oil and 30ml hwc, 3 eggs scrambled with 14g bacon fat, 56g each spinach and mushrooms, and 28g cheese.

This amounted to 639 cals and a macro split of: 6 carbs, 55 fat, 29 protein

For me, meeting my fat macro helps me stay full and satisfied. You can add either butter, coconut oil, or bacon fat to almost anything. The bulletproof coffee is a great way to up your fat along with fat bombs.
