^honestly, thank goodness I enjoy my workouts and walking and eating fresh food (most of the time), because if I were only "in it" for seeing the scale go down, I would have given up working out a long time ago.
Went to gym for shoulders and hips, plus added leg extension, leg curl, and chest press because I'm really trying to work on those. Hip is better after my workout but still sore. It's not a muscular thing so rolling or massage wouldn't help. It's the joint and it popped last night and felt much better but the joint is still sore.0 -
Surviving the weekend. One more day before 4 days off. Getting off at 4 tomorrow having book club party and making choc bread pudding with bourbon pecan sauce. Doing the pudding now and sauce when I get off work tomorrow.
I will warm it up in pan of hot water before party.
No time to formally exercise but lifted jugs 40 lbs and a bunch of heavy boxes at work! Enough!
