    I've been working at dinner time alot lately, so last nights dinner was two hard boiled eggs with salt and pepper, summer sausage(17g, what I had left or it would have been more), extra sharp cheddar cheese(29g) and salted almonds (42g)

    I am working through dinner again tonight (2-9, whooo), and I am too damn lazy to pack today, so... dinner will be a Jimmy John's roast beef unwich, no tomato, add provolone and dijon mustard. Yum.

    We had pan fried pork chops and a veg medley of zucchini and mushrooms cooked in butter with added hwc, thyme, and parmesan cheese. Super yum!
