Just finished week 6, midway update.

Hey All,
So I just finished week 6. Will be starting workout 7 tonight. I'm feeling good, better energy, better mental health, stronger. Sad to say I haven't lost any weight :-/ I should take my measurements to see what the status there is. I'm 153 and really would like to shed 15-20 lbs, Was hoping at this point I would start to see some changes on the scale but overall I feel good so that's definitely progress.
My husband is noticing changes in my body, I see them a bit too. Just a little more toned and tight. Im not following the diet plan just trying hard to stay within my calories. I was set at 1500 per day but I just changed that to 1200. I need to be better with that goal and I think I'll see some quicker changes there.
Yesterday was my last cardio for week 6 and I PUSHED HARD and felt fantastic. I'm going to really try and focus on pushing harder and harder with each workout, rather than just going through the motions. I want to get better and better and stronger and slimmer.

I'm re-starting Phase 2 tonight after a week of taking off because of the friggen flu. I've only lost 1lb so far with Body Revolution and it's bumming me out too. I've lost a few inches but I was hoping to lose weight as well so far. But that's how my weight loss has gone this whole time. I've lost inches every where, but overall since May I've only lost 16 lbs. I need to be better about my diet. I hope dropping your calories works for you. I dunno if I could do 1200 a day, so best of luck to you!0

Thank you! and btw 16lbs since may seems pretty darn good to me! Just stick with it, a change is gonna come I can feel it. I just know I need to stop lying to myself and get my diet in check. Work outs are good, I can try to push a little harder but really my diet is the culprit and i'm sick of letting all that hard work go to waste with a bad diet. The thing is I don't eat a lot of junk but I think that i'm eating too much food, even if it's healthy (and lets be honest, it's not alllll healthy, lol)0
