Kickstart Week!! - Starting Monday, June 3rd

For those of you who are jumping all in and are going to give this 7 day Kickstart all you've got, here is what the first week's schedule should look like for you:

Monday - AM Workout: Workout 1 / PM Workout: Cardio 1
Tuesday - AM Workout: Workout 2 / PM Workout: Cardio 1
Wednesday- AM Workout: Cardio 1 / PM Workout: Cardio 1
Thursday- AM Workout: Workout 1 / PM Workout: Cardio 1
Friday- AM Workout: Workout 2 / PM Workout: Cardio 1
Saturday - AM Workout: Cardio 1 / PM Workout: Cardio 1
Sunday - REST (however, I plan on using my rest days as Yoga days... gotta stretch out all those muscles we are building!)

Also, I plan on alternating the cardio discs this week with 30min + of running, biking, and P90X cardio... I don't want to get burnt out on this workout right out the gate so I have got to mix it up!
