Second week of December - Sorry I'm a bit behind.

    For some reason I could get on the app on my phone but my internet was having trouble at the house. Excuses, excuses.

    Today I'm starting P90x and a loose form of their nutrition.
    I'm supposed to eat (loose form remember)
    500cal of protein based items
    200 cal calcium source item
    100 cal carbohydrates
    100 cal veggy
    100 cal fruit
    100-200 cal fat
    200 calories for any snack.
    = 1400 calories or so.

    Tuesday - Chest & Back + Ab Ripper (1.5hours)
    Wednesday - Plyometrics (1 hour)
    Thrusday - Shoulders & Arms + Ab Ripper (1.5hr)
    Friday - Power Yoga (1.5hr)
    Satruday - Legs & Back + Ab Ripper (1.5hr)
    Sunday - Kenpo (1.hr)
    Monday - Rest or Stretch (Freeeeeeee! lol)

    Yesterday completed Chest and Back - we weren't quite prepared as we thought we would be thus didn't end up doing Ab Ripper.

    Yesterday within calories with eating back those I worked off. :)
    Water yesterday - 64oz
    Last night's sleep - 6.5hrs. (I prefer 7-8)

    Wednesday Check In
    - Did P90x day two
    - Nutrition was within again. Completely avoided getting coffee and sweetened creamer (yay), and did not give in to the thought of stopping on the way home for a snack! (double yay)
    - Water 80oz (holy cow)
    - Sleep 7.5 hours (much better)

    Being an introvert, I feel very tired due to a large number of people at work that I'm not use to working with. This is very hard on my brain, so trying to purposely find 'me' time and mediate during lunch. I do not want this tiredness to affect my eating, so I will find a better way!

    Thursday Check In:
    - Ate Beef sticks (x5) since they were given to me by my company in the morning. Resistance was futile.... So I'm very glad they didn't give me chocolate or candy or something.

    Worked out - arms. Skipped Ab ripper

    Calories were high (see first note) over by 400cals.

    Water - 10 or 12 glasses (not sure how many times I refilled my 16oz cup. I think it was filled 6 times though, but that seems like a lot...)

    Sleep - "7" hours, but turns out we both woke up at 2 and again at 3:30. Didn't look at the clock SO did and told me what time it had been in the morning.
