    Just spoke to DH and it looks like today will be same program due to same customer. Grrrr. On the one hand, it's rainy and yucky anyway, on the other hand I DON'T CARE! I want my gym time, my "me" time. Waaaaah. :( Eh, anyway. Problem is that Saturday and Sunday are packed with a kid birthday party on both days and possibly a tkd test for my son. I want at least two more gym sessions and I'm feeling recovered so "time's a waistin'!"

    Torn between using dumbells to do "something", OR keeping myself recovered so I can hit it good at the gym tomorrow. Leaning towards holding out hope for tomorrow.

    Meanwhile, I've eaten so much this week and maintained so far! I'm hoping to keep this up for two months, either "maintaining" but building some muscle (so, a true recomp), or even gaining a little weight if necessary to get the muscle gain. Anyway, at least holiday "temptations" won't seem so "tempting", if I'm not hungry all the time. B)

    lol on reading psychic cards...I was talking Xmas ones and I got most of them done.

    Sherry, it's part of having kids, they will get older soon and you will have more time..I know it doesn't feel like it now.

    Today is another rest day for me long busy weekend coming up. Already more people in town than last week.

    I went right to the top of my MFP calorie limit yesterday, which is way over the calorie limit I set for myself. Today's not looking so hot either unless I count the dark chocolate peppermint candy bar I ate in the car on the drive home as dinner. I haven't logged it yet so I'm not even entirely sure what the damage was.

    I was in a bad mood most of the day, despite it being an actually pretty good day. It's been overcast here for a week and the sun isn't expected to come back out until maybe Thursday. It's dark when I leave for work, dark when I come home, and foggy/overcast the rest of the time. It's sucking the life out of me.

    Had a trainer session this morning. Rowed & did some shoulder band exercises to warm up, then upper body with Jason. He gave me quite a lot of homework to do over the weekend.

    Today was busy in a great way--and was in great mood to boot. No workouts, no steps & also not off the rails. Wore my pre-preg jeans to party since they still give me a thrill to wear :)
