My plan for a nice long gym session today is getting derailed by one of DHs customers, but I'm hoping to still salvage some workout today. Will check in later.0 -
Delay here, but I absolutely loved yesterday's thread starter! Good one today too!
I walked with my friend at lunch yesterday but otherwise took a rest day. Jason had wanted me to swim after work but my shoulder was just starting to feel better so I decided not to press my luck with it. Headache hasn't completely gone away but it's much better. I have a massage scheduled Friday evening so I'll have her work on my shoulder.
Hope you can get a workout in today Sherry!
Yesterday was my day 3 of eating better, so Donna we're doing this together!

Hi, I am fine, slept in and still in pj's on day off here. Learned my lesson about wearing clogs, I had bought these winter ones with fur inside for rainy no snow weather and wore them to shop yesterday. Not good for angle support I twisted my angle walking too fast.
Was in a lot of pain and iced all night and advil. Today can hardly feel like it happened so I was lucky and bruised instead of something worse! I decided to baby myself though for next two days off since i am on feet for work days Sat, Sun, Mon....
I actually feel great today! In a motivated mood, so will get my cards done since I want to stay sitting today.
Hope your headache goes away Laura...

Marla, when you said get your cards done, my first thought was that you were going to a psychic to get your tarot cards read! Obviously you meant Xmas cards… Okay, I’m a weirdo.
Had a hard time getting to sleep last night so I slept through my workout. Fell off the food logging wagon for a bit but I’m back on now. In related news, I finished the TJ’s sugar free chocolate almonds. Snuck in a nice walk at work despite snow flurries. And leftovers for dinner tonight (so it won’t take an hour after I get home). Guzzling water too.

Marla, hope your ankle heals well.
Double whammy here. Didn't get time for workout because it was 1st dinner time by the time DH got home, AND I was stuck inside all day (rainy day, so I stayed home so lil girl wouldn't have to get out in the rain), so hardly any steps either. Forced rest day, I guess. It's fine though, I have to take rest days and it really doesn't matter when, although I had hoped for two consecutive days, but unless tomorrow ends up like today, that won't happen this week. At least I'm still eating well and I'll see the effect it has on my weight soon.0
