Holiday Kick Start

I'm starting a Holiday kick start on Monday. It's a 14 day mini challenge group. Dec 15-28th. We will be covering nutrition, exercise, and accountability. This group is for anyone who goes to a gym, runs, walks, is going a Beach Body program, or want to get in shape. Invite your friends! A lot of people have decided to join, which means it should be lots of fun.
