My Favorite New Paleo Snacks/Meals

I did not realize how good veggies are... I use my rice cooker to cook tomatoes or sweet potatoes and they carmelize.. and i have it with some olive oil and homemade mayo..
Its turned into my FAVORITE snack... ( instead of DORITOS or Doughnuts )

I'm really into sugar snap peas and spicy deer jerky right now.
Oh and roasted brussell sprouts with garlic. I like them crispy, then pop them like potato chips. They are also good dipped in mayo.

Hey sorry I haven't been on here in a while.
Wash, cut the rooty ends off and split in half. Line a baking sheet and toss the brussell sprouts with whatever oil I have, just enough to give them a little shine and sprinkle them with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Then roast at 375 about 30-35 minutes and I stir them around every so often.0
