New here- quick mindless way to eat to get into ketosis

Options
Have to ask- the amount of information is overwhelming.
- I am trying to see what foods I can eat. I figured whatever I am allowed to eat, I could spice it up and behold I see this in the list of foods to avoid.
-
Spices to avoid:

Spices do have carbs – but there are certain ones that have more than others.
•Onion powder
•Cinnamon
•Garlic powder
•Allspice
Bay leaves
•Ginger
•Cardamom

Other than onions which of these would be high carb ?!

I found this list here. http://www.lowcarbsite.com/showthread.php/10637-carbs-in-spices!

More info than you wanted but I'm stuck on the mobile right now and can't make it more pretty. As you can see, most of them aren't too bad.

And here is an even more exhaustive list for those interested.
