Today=total bust. :(. Son had a fitting after school, DH a meeting after the fitting, then it's already dinner time, etc. Tomorrow I expect the same, son has a vid shoot which should run all day. The next day is grade report day and meeting with his teacher. If I can find ANY time away from lil girl in the next 2-3 days, I will try my very best to get to the gym. Anyway, it's my really, ehem, "inconvenient" part of t.o.m., so it's actually okay that I take a day or two. But I just get a little nervous eating so mch, without also hitting some weights too. :-/

Laura, hope you dodge the bullet on getting sick
Marla, as my son always says when something goes terribly wrong and we end up walking all over creation lost "at least we're getting our exercise!" He says it to take my mind off it. Maybe you can think about that, every jug you lift. ;)
April, chin up! We get to make choices everyday for what will make us feel better in the short term and/or in the long term. Neither the present nor the future should be neglected, but it's always a very delicate balancing act. Today is a new day, new choices.

Sorry your day was a bust, Sherry! TOM tends to knock you down pretty well anyway, so at least if you have a couple days when you can't get to the time it was well timed.

Marla that sounds like a workout!

April I'm having some motivational issues right now too. Not sure if it's the shorter hours of daylight, or colder temps, or what, but I'm just dragging all the time (and truth be told more than a little crabby). I saw something this morning about how we feel has more to do with our attitude than our circumstances, so I'm going to work on a better attitude.

Walked with my friend at lunch & have Jason tonight. Still not feeling very good but I haven't gotten any worse either, so I'm grateful for that.
