Food and exercise post!

Sorry, I can't be bothered posting everything that I ate.
But I will point out that I had some chocolate mousse cake as it was an employees Birthday. While it is not the healthiest I did burn off the additional calories (Was a little over on sugar though).
I am proud that I got through my weights without a problem. Cardio was a bit of an issue but I am getting better the fitter I get.0 -
So today I had:
Porridge
Popcorn snack
Tuna sandwich
Chorizo sausage (whoops!)
Apricot chicken and pasta
Ice cream (double whoops! I regret nothing!)
I ran two km's but it went terribly! Hopefully tomorrow morning will work out better!
I'll try to do some weights tomorrow too!0 -
Breakfast was a crepe with fruit and nutella and maple syrup. More calories than I had expected note for next time nutella or maple syrup not both
Lunch we had a ham sub and a pot of gold chocolate
Supper I had a quick slice multigrain bread and sunflower seed butter with jam before Zumba
Later I had 2 small shortbread cookies, 1/2 brownie (at a Christmas concert ) and 1/2 serving of granola and a iogo and an orange
