Third Week of December Challenge...

GAH, I totally BLEW it last week. I don't even know what the deal was. I was super busy at work, and I had my students' finals to deal with, so yeah, not a great week for getting healthy and doin' planks...

Anyway, here's my plan for the week, which is really just a repeat of last week since it sucked so badly.

Planks...

Monday 60 seconds
Tuesday 90 seconds
Wednesday 120 seconds
Thursday 120 seconds
Friday 150 seconds
Saturday 150 seconds
Sunday 150 seconds

Anyone else have a rough week last week??

    Okay, I'm in again. However I'll start a 90 seconds and work my way up, see you at 150.

    90 seconds completed. Today was also lifting day.

    Hey Trip, How's it going? Hit 120 seconds tonight. Didn't feel like doing it since I went out after work for holiday drinks and munchies.

    Congrats on your 120. Thought I'd be able to hit 150 today, but stuck at 120.
