Motivation/Encouragement

Hi all!
I'm in major need of motivation! I'm a mom of two young little boys and work full time. I'm having a really hard time trying to fit in any type of exercise and watch my portions. I literally am on my feet doing SOMETHING (cleaning, bathing, feeding, picking up) until 10 every night, sometimes 11. My husband helps out a ton too but i'm CRAVING a workout and I just can't fit it in. I am kind of burnt out on my treadmill so I was planning to start some toning yoga 2 weeks ago and it's never happened. I worked so hard to drop 20 pounds last year and since June i have gained 3 pounds. Not water weight, 3 legit pounds.
I need some motivation, or I guess...mainly encouragement! It would be great if I could partner up with my "twin" on here!
