If you haven't watched the Fat Head video, you should.
This morning I was thinking on my way in to work and thought of a catchy phrase in regards to Fat:
Cut the fat, get a heart attack!
That's what I am telling all my brainwashed friends and especially the skinny people that don't eat fat.
What do you think, a good phrase?
