Jean, I agree a little more leeway for Christmas is not a bad thing. We all know how easy it is to put the weight on. I'm down 1.5 pounds from last week and am also in the maintaining phase.0

I'm finally down another pound but the last 3 have been slow going. I am pleased with my total of 22 pounds since I started in mid October. Just 50 or so to go.

Weight loss and maintaining is the best Christmas present ever — WTG!!
I’m super excited to report I’m down two pounds!!
"That awkward moment when you realize you JUST took off last Christmas' holiday weight and it is indeed now Christmas AGAIN." ~FB update status ==> Found this quote and in my case…it’s true this year.
We’ll be RVing through the Holidays and internet access may be iffy — so will wish everyone a…

Wooken, you find the BEST cartoons, LOL here ... and a big WTG to everyone on their progress this week! I am reporting 4 pounds lost in one week ... On the one hand I am very happy about this --- and especially about the fact that I am a half-pound shy of hitting my "50% of the way to goal" mark. However, I would like to slow down my weight loss a bit. This is not a complaint though!
Holiday greetings to all --- hang in there around all those goodies. We do remember what they taste like ... I am planning on just sticking with remembering and not ingesting.

Completely forgot what day it was yesterday and still confused today. Seems like I spend the whole holiday time like that. Maintained this week, which I consider great because I have been to 3 luncheons and 2 Christmas parties. Only 2 more to go and survive! Looks like ya'll have done great - have a wonderful and fit week!0

Great results in the run up to Christmas....... whatever happens over the next week or so let's all just make a vow to come back, confess how much we have enjoyed ourselves and set off on 2015 with a big cheery smile!

Jean, you are so right! We are all going to do the best we can in the coming challenging days.
Deb - good job! Almost "home free" ...
As for me, I have to face making latkes for the family this weekend, and they are no longer on my food radar! But I will enjoy seeing them enjoy and keep thinking of my victories over the past few months. ~ Kathy0 -

Congrats on being so near the half way point. Last year at this time of year, I stopped eating right, logging and got really lazy with exercise. That is why I am re-losing what I had accomplished earlier.
Stay the course everyone, you do not want to be re-losing what you have worked so hard for it isn't worth it, so just don't go there.0 -
OMG -- I haven't been around much, but you guys are amazing! Losses and maintaining this time of year! I'm proud of myself for barely maintaining and it's been a struggle. Up/down.
I may lose some today, I went to a potluck yesterday and although I was very prudent, something did not sit well. Smoothies for me today! If that.
Have a great week, what's left of it!
Charlie
