    You just click on their picture. There will be an option to add friend. Click on that option. You may want to send a note before sending the friend request.

    1) Drink More Water .... I barely drink anything at all...
    2) lift weights ... And cut back on cardio.... I've become so girlie
    3) cut back on processed foods
    4) Do Abs And squats every day at the gym ...
