Introducing myself to the group

Hey everyone, just wanted to introduce myself to the group.
I am currently doing the 5:2 fast to get to a goal I set for myself by February 4th. So far so good, but I do have about 8 more lbs to lose while trying to preserve as much muscle as possible. Ultimately I want to be around 155 lbs at 6% bf. At that point I will switch to a 6:1 fast to clean bulk back up to 170-175 lbs at 10% BF.
Before this I just tried standard calorie counting but it wasn't for me. Starting the 5:2 fast in June I lost over 20 lbs in 5 months and have kept it off by switching to a 6:1 fast.
