One year of maintenance!

Now been on maintenance for one year! "Maintenance" is an interesting word that doesn't really capture the essence of the thing. It is such an active purposeful state this maintenance. Sure the weight has remained the same, but on the exercise end of things, I'm beginning to challenge and surpass my abilities from 2 decades ago! So yes, one year of maintenance, but what a maintenance it's turning out to be!

    What a great job, AQ - ironically, getting yourself to "maintenance" is what is giving you the energy to do the things you're doing now :)
