Delicious Dinner Recipe Share

I just started reading Michael Pollan's "Cooked" and realized how much I had let myself slip off the cooking train, especially when works get crazy busy. I'm trying to start cooking for myself once a week and would love to share some tasty -- healthy -- recipes with people. Here's what I did last week:

Ingredients:
3 cups cherry tomatoes
One bunch of broccoli rabe
One can of olives
One onion
1 tbps of olive oil
Combine items in a pyrex dish and stick in an oven heated to 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Serve with some roasted chicken and rice. Save the leftovers for tomorrow night or lunch!
