geez there I am flying over the North Pole heading to Los Angeles and lo' and behold....Karen and Pat are back! I need to travel more often!!! Am currently in San Diego on a boat. So which one of u won the challenge?? I need to know what type of gift certificate the winner wants and where to send it?? I will catch up later with u all. Nice to be back in the USA!! Any news on Dee?? I know she was having a bit of a hard time... Hope she is ok. I

    The challenge has not been fully updated yet. At the moment it is me, but it could easily be Pat when he fills it out. He probably deserves it more anyways for the weight he actually lost haha.

    Down 30 pounds in 30 days, which is apparently what happens when you ingest only ice chips and rarified air.
