    I'm in! Gained 15lbs last year when I moved in with my boyfriend (he gained a lot more), we're active and love to work out but we also love to eat. On the plus side, good muscle gains :blush: So now it's time to get out of my fat clothes and back into the good stuff.

    I've been trying to lose 10lbs for the last 5 yrs lol! I need help! I'm about 148. 10lbs. Is a good start even though I could lose a few more than that.

    What is your strategy for losing 10 real (not water) lbs in one month? Is that even possible (healthy)? I'm mean do you strength train, if so how mUch? I have no gym (just free weights).

    I'm in! Have about 6 more to go to my pre baby weight that I've been trying to lose for a year! 1/1: 140.8. CW: 135.8. GW: 130. I know most of what I've lost so far is water weight so the last 5.8 lbs Is going to be harder!! Feel free to add me as a friend!
