Still working on the planks. Hit a bit of a bump in the road what with Christmas being just around the corner and all, but hey, trying to my best to keep up - yeah, I'm a little behind where I'd like to be, but I'll manage to catch up at some point. I'm really nervous about going out of town for Christmas - I leave Thursday and return January 2nd. That's an entire week of trying to eat healthily and maintain, if not increase, my planking.

But I'm hoping for some snow so I can have an epic snowball fight with all of my nieces and nephews!

This week's planks are as follows:

Monday 90 seconds
Tuesday 120 seconds
Wednesday 120 seconds
Thursday 150 seconds
Friday 150 seconds
Saturday 150 seconds
Sunday 150 seconds

    Fell off the plank last week. Peaked at 120. Goal is to maintain at 120 this week, break for the holidays. Trying to minimize the holiday calorie damage but I'll enjoy every extra calorie.
