Love him or hate him, Jimmy Moore is a powerhouse in the "keto/LCHF" world and between his podcasts and two most recent books, has collaborated with just about everybody who is anybody LCHF.
He recently completed a speaking tour in Australia and this video is from one of those presentations. It was done Nov 2014 so is more current than many.
He's hawking his books to be sure (both of which are, IMHO, "must" reads), but the speech is one of the best "intros" to LCHF for newbies, and at the same time a great "review" for "old hats", I've seen in a long time.
Just enough "detail" - but not too much so as to overwhelm. All of the "basics" and a dose of some more recent findings you might not be aware of.
All in all, a good investment of your time and worth watching.
My personal, favorite take away is a cute little "word ladder" I'd not seen before:
K eep Carbs Low
E at More Fat
T est Ketones Often
O verdoing Protein is Bad
Enjoy!!!
