Stage 1- how sore were you?

    After workout 1A on a Thurs I was sooooo sore on Sat. ( I'm used to some soreness in my usual training sessions, but this was intense) that I knew I couldn't do 1B that day. So I waited until Mon to do 1B. No soreness after, so I went ahead and did 2A on Wed. Still did 3 lifting workouts in a week which is my goal and now no major soreness, so hopefully I'll just be able to stick to plan until things change up again. Up to you whether you push through or not, as long as you don't fall off your goals. After working out for a couple years I feel like I have a good handle on when to push and when to let the repair process happen.
