Hello everyone!! Sorry I have not been around as much.....the good news is, this is the last week before my life returns to normal....or, as normal as it gets for me!!
My goals are easy again this week....try not to binge (didnt do so good last week, last night was terrible!)....and to try and sleep enough....
What about everyone else??
Sorry guys, I feel like I dropped the ball here, but between work getting busier and spending most of my time when I am not working running errands....plus I picked up more responsibility doing something else, and my daughter being home....life has just been so insane....thankfully, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel...I just do not want to end up burying the light under junk food!!
Starting next week, I am going to start posting small weekly challenges with the thread, anything in particular you want to see?

This is a busy but fun week for me. Today, I met some friends at a restaurant and had a burger, salad and lemonade but stayed within my calories (way over on sodium so will be watching that the rest of the week). There will be lots of activities centered around food this week for me. So my goals are to eat mindfully, log daily, and complete at least one daily challenge on the countdown to the new year calendar I made. Today it was to walk for 30 mins ... done!0

I hope everyone is having a wonderful Christmas. I purchased the Wii Fit and Wii U Fit meter for my boyfriend and me. I still plan on using my FitBit but the meter was $10.00, and I wanted to try it out and compare to my Zip.
My boyfriend has lost 85 pounds, and I am so incredibly proud of him. He is such an inspiration to me, and I'm happy to be a part of his journey.
I'm not weighing in until next week, but for the rest of this week and next, I'm going to make it to the gym every time I can, make all of my own meals and make sure I log in daily. I want to reach my goal of 285 by the 1st.

Thank God it is over and I made it out alive lol
Today is still rather busy, I am actually getting together with the family of one of my best girlfriends that passed away about a year and a half ago. I have seen two of her kids a few times since, but have not seen the other or gotten together with her whole family because it always makes me rather grief stricken. I miss her terribly but have to make the step so I do not abandon them completely.
So, I am ready to get back on track. I am not gonna log today, as I am going to be at a party. Also, New Years Day I am taking my son out to the Mandarin, for holiday dinner, so I will not log that day.....it is impossible to know what I am going to eat ahead of time, and nearly impossible to remember it all after, and I will surly be over my calories, so I am not going to worry about those two days. Aside from that exception, I am back to my first goal of logging now.0 -
3 days with my family, AWESOME! I kept a food journal but didn't log on MFP as I stay off the internet when visiting them. I ate within my calories and did a challenge a day (planks today). Glad you made it through the holidays, Unknown sister. Enjoy your party and eating out with your son. Jocoblossoming, I have heard lots of positives about the Wii fit and how cool you and your boyfriend can support each other. Make it fun! Hope everyone is having a good end of the year!0

So glad we do not have snow.....yet....we had a couple good snowfalls, but have been in the clear for a couple of weeks....although I know it is coming!!0
