I was definitely one of the people with extremely low vitamin D. I am back on track now. I also get tingling from time to time, but not sure if it is a Magnesium deficiency, will look into it. :)

I finally have my blood results here. TSH with the last test was 5, TPO was negative, Ati-TG was 370 (similar to 360 in a previous test). Hmm.. it's not a high positive. Next month I'm seing that doctor again. Lets see what he has to say.

My understanding is that if you have the anti-bodies, you have the antibodies -- you don't need a high positive. And your TSH is definitely showing hypo.

Yes, that's true. But pernicious anaemia and diabetes can apparently also cause positive results, if not in the 2000s. And I certainly did suffer from anaemia.

I get tingling anytime my serum B12 is under 400pg/ml. I have to get shots because I have PA, but I'm lead to believe that something like 40% of hypothyroid patients have lowish b12 and should supplement. While anything above 200pg/ml is considered "normal" I only get b12 from shots, so I need to inject enough to keep serum b12 above 400pg/ml to keep the tingling away. If you are able to get B12 through a normal oral supplement, it might not hurt to add a bit to your regimen along with magnesium.

I had to have the B12 shots for the first few years after I went on thyroid. since I worked for a veterinarian I just got it through him. You can buy it at animal feed stores. Maybe not where you are. I gave my own shots. It was too far to drive to the doctor for a 3 second shot. LOL Hour and a half drive in heavy traffic back then.

Need to find some information on the vit B making the TSH low. I take a lot of vit B now. with out it my hair falls out big time. Even with it my hair is still falling out.

I sure do hope you can get this sorted out Yirara.
