Can you recommend a book on clean eating?

I am thinking of starting to try and eat clean. I suffer from sugar cravings and my diet isn't too healthy. I don't know much about clean eating and I was wondering if there is a book/cookbook/website that is considered good.

    Hopin;

    Not a "book/cookbook/website", per se - but an excellent resource for specific recommendations and suggestions regarding all of them is this Group:
    tinyurl.com/mfa638q

    The Group focuses generally on low carb diets and lifestyles, which "might" or "might not" be something that would interest (or even be appropriate for) you - but it is NOT devoted to or supportive of any ONE particular "dogmatic" diet - rather it's a collection of folks sharing their opinions, experiences, and support of a number of different "plans".

    Costs you nothing to "take a look" and I'm sure you'll find an almost unlimited supply of suggestions there (as you likely will here too).
    Never hurts to "explore" what's out there and available to you.
