Hi. I got this for Xmas and just getting used to it. I have worn this all day, walking around and shopping, no exercise, and it says I have burned 2346! That's loads. How do I know this is true?

Connect your accounts, enable negative calorie adjustments, and stop logging any step-based activity. Eat back your Fitbit adjustments for a few weeks, then reevaluate your progress.

How do you enable the negative calories? I have connected to here. Thanks0

Research how many calories the human body burns so you realize that is totally realistic, if not a tad low for what you said you did.0 -
