I am new to Keto (Feel free to add me) i have been on the keto calculator and i have set it to sedentary as i cannot guarantee when i will get or have the time to exercise!
so on the days that i do exercise do i eat my calories burned using my HRM should i eat those back?
thanks

Hi! Yes, setting to sedentary is the best for day to day. I wouldn't eat back the calories unless you are hungry. I know especially on days I do cardio I feel like a need a little extra but some days i don't. Just follow what your body "tells" you and not necessarily make it rule to eat back those calories. You could also plug in your data for a "lightly active" day and compare to what the HRM says to get a little perspective.
Good luck!
