Oh I had repressed the memories of the planks in level 2! :laugh: The cardio in that level was so hard! Only two more days on level 3 and then I am on to level 4. I am doing it so slowly that I am probably not getting optimal results but I did lose an inch off my waist this week so it seems to be doing something for me.0

I finally got around to starting level 4 - I hurt my knee last week so had to take a few days off. I WAY prefer level 4. Its really tough but I feel like I can do all of the moves without injuring myself which I didn't feel with the other levels. Only 5 more days to go till Im ripped!! :laugh:0
