For those who want to weigh in please post your starting weight. If you wish to give all measurements, please do so here as well! Please only post your weight/measurements once on this discussion as we will have seperate discussions every week for weekly weigh in opportunities!

    My basic starting stats as of 29/12 were

    Weight: 136lbs , waist: 28.5 inches, and bodyfat of 23%. Height is 5'4". I look healthiest at around 9 stone (1 stone = 14lbs). I'm coming down from a high of 180lbs, my heaviest non-pregnant weight about 18 months after the birth of my second (I put on twelve pounds after the birth).

    I'm hoping to lose 15lbs on the program, no wait, change that, I am going to lose 15 lbs on the program. I'm going to fit in my size 5 jeans again.

    I look and feel my best between 110 and 113 lbs. I've been at that weigh for most of my adult life but some where in my late 40's I started putting the weight on. I'm thinking it was the job change to a less active job :\ I have always been active at work, exercising, gardening, walking, and hiking but of lately I gotten lazy. Time for a change.

    Starting weight 54 kg (my height is 1.65 m)
    Waist 68 cm, thigh 51 cm, hips 91 cm (now I know where all the chocolate I had in December went!)
    Waist at navel 74 cm, neck at narrowest point 34 cm, biceps at widest point 24 cm, forearm at widest point 22.5 cm, wrist 14.5 cm.
    With these measurements - estimated body fat percentage 20.6.

    Finally got a new battery for my scale yesterday. My starting weight is 170.6 and I'm in my size 12 pants (borderline size 14)!

    My goal isn't a number on the scale, but to be back in my size 10s and well on my way into the size 8s (so not just into the size 10s and them being snug still, but starting to loosen up). Like Courtney, I suppose I'd like to lose at least 12 lbs (I think it's doable).

    starting weight 130. Target weight 120. Want to fit in size 4. currently size 6 (borderline 8). Did not lose much in the first week but this is just the beginning. Good to see everyone here!

    Starting weight 157, goal is to be down 15lbs. I am 45 and 5'0". Trying to get back into all the clothes hanging in my closet. 12lbs will help. Larger goal is approx. 20 by June 1.

    Starting weight is 150lbs. Waist is 32 in. and bust is 36 in. Goal is to lose 11 lbs but inches would be better. In size 10 now and would like to see 6 or 8!!

    Starting weight is 159.6 on Monday am, which was Day 1 for me. Want to lose whatever I can but not going crazy with diet (1200-1500 calories). Goal weight for now is 135-140 (140 is "normal" BMI range for my height), so I'll what I look like when I get there. Current size: 10.
