The key is to listen to what you like, it doesn't have to be high tempo, the idea is that everyone generally likes music and anyone can listen to 5 tracks in their home. Music can be accessed through the TV, radio, phones, DVDs, CDs and the computer.
I personally listen to my music in shuffle mode, I think that if I create a playlist it may come too monotonous. I also listen to music on the computer.
