Body/Mind/Heart Goals

I frequent Tumblr a lot for motivation, and someone brought up 2015 resolutions and that you should have one for your body, one for your mind and one for your heart. Instead of having a resolution for a whole year, I'd like to break these up into smaller goals. This is is what I plan on doing in January:
For my body, my goal is not to eat out and make most of my meals from scratch.
For my mind, I'd like to read at least two books.
For my heart, I want to take more photographs. I haven't spent enough time with my cameras.
Do you have body/mind/heart goals for January (or the whole year)?

Here is an affirmation I have written for myself
Every single day I choose health for my body, mind and spirit.
I am loving exercising a minimum of 30 minutes every day
I am building my strength and rebuilding my body by working out at the gym at least twice per week
I am loving eating well as I know it improves my health
I am choosing foods that allow me to loose weight
I am caring for my brain and my inner self by meditating three times a week
I forgive myself when I make mistakes
I am wise enough and willing to seek help as soon as I get stuck
I am honest with myself , always.
I am in total control of my attitude
I choose fun and see joy
I am truly grateful for all my blessings and I notice them daily.
I am kind to myself and others.0
