New I-phone 6 & MFP?

I heard iPhone 6 put some sensors in it for fitness measuring, like jogging, walking and even elevation changes like climbing stairs. If they did do that, does anyone know if it can link up to MFP app?

    I have an iPhone 6 plus and still don't quite know what to make of the Health App. It acts like it's counting my steps but it's definitely not accurate as I don't carry my phone with me every step, like a Fitbit. It is my understanding that it does NOT sync with MFP but I could be wrong. I think it be integrated with other fitness trackers and other apps but honestly the app can hold so much information that it's overwhelming to me.
