Good morning. Here it is, the final day of 2014 and our last weigh in for the year. I'm up half a pound from last week but still 1 pound under my goal weight. I did indulge but I kept exercising, or at least walking and doing stairs so I managed okay over Christmas. I hope everyone has a happy and healthy new year.

Good morning.... I am not NEAR where I wanted to be at this date, but I know it was all my bad decisions that stopped me from being a healither weight. I am looking forward to 2015 with a new determination and positive outlook...! Here wishing all my friends a fun New Year's Eve and a healthy, happy strong 2015!!!

I have managed to stay the same weight over Christmas.........pleased to be at goal as we start a new year ......
Lots of excitement planned for next year so staying in control could be a challenge....... fortunately I seem to have lost my taste for more than one glass of alcohol.........so that should help!

I lost 1/2 pound this week. I'm at 154.5. Want to be at 154 tomorrow. I tend to lose on my days off as I sleep better and longer. Less stress and cortisol running through my body, so I might make it!
I'm looking forward to 2015. Looking forward to sharing a great year with all of you! Maybe I can hit maintenance this year.

Good way to finish up 2014 everyone!!
I'm very pleased to report that the 10-days in San Diego resulted in ONLY a one pound gain. Guessed all that biking and walking on the beach off-set the Holiday goodies I consumed.
Thanks everyone for keeping this Wednesday Weigh In group going as having to report out keeps me motivated to stay on course.

Happy Old Year's Day/Night from the islands!
I put on a bit over Christmas but really enjoyed myself with friends. I'm still within my goal range so I am happy about that but will start to be a little stricter with myself for a while.0 -
For the last check in for 2014, I'm sad to report that I didn't reach my goal is 2014. But, I'm happy to report that I've maintained during the holidays. It's been a good year, especially since I found this group. Thanks to all for the inspiration, support and encouragement. Let's move onto 2015!

Well - a big dinner last night and tasted like a lot of salt so, hopefully, the pound and a half I put on this week will only be a temporary setback.

Happy, Healthy New Year to all of you ~ and thank you all for adding so much to my motivation in this lifestyle change!
I am travelling so have not weighed since I left home last Sunday ... but I have been staying on my usual eating plan and getting some exercise in. I'll have to report after I get back home. Meanwhile, I am celebrating the goals I have achieved in the past four months - and I am looking forward to reaching more goals in 2015!
