Laughter Girl - thanks for the birthday wishes.
I am really too far under today, but I have a runny nose and headache (no fever so not flu, thank God) and it's no fun eating with a tissue in your hand. I am near the top of my maintenance range after a lack of exercise last week, so it won't hurt. I made it to yoga at the gym today. Good grief at the new people. I predicted to an employee that half will be gone by Groundhog Day, 60% by Valentine's and 75% by St. Patrick's Day. We'll see how good I am at predicting the failure rate for New Year's Resolutions. LOL.0 -

Laughter_Girl- Marathon (my first) is January 25th!! Just did the last "long" run and am now going to taper until the big day. Then training really begins for the 70.3 Ironman Florida (again, a first for me).

Better food day today. Made it to yoga, which I jokingly call "Abs with Kelley." Her three favorite words may be "find your plank". One of these days, I am going to say "my plank isn't lost," but there were a ton of new people in class so I kept it to myself tonight.0 -

@laughter_girl I work 4 10's, So try to do my "heavier" days on Sunday and Tuesdays as I work primarily Wed-Sat. I have a couple of co-workers that I run with @5:30am (before work). It's a crazy schedule but I just cannot make myself exercise after work! How was the conditioning class? I need something like that to tone up0 -

R_Queenie - You've got a great streak going. Keep it up!
Scherzie - You impress me more and more each day! You workout everyday and you work 10 hour days - WOW. The fact that you can workout so hard before work is incredible. I'm too lazy to get out of bed. The class was really good, which is why I'm resting today. Ha, ha, ha. Seriously, I only have about 15 more lbs. to lose, and I want to do a little more strength training so that I can continue toning. Cardio is just so much more entertaining than strength training.
