Making some progress.......SMALL, but I am getting there!

Just wanted to share that I am maintaining now when staying at 1400 - 1450 or so..........which is a lot better than 1200 when I first came here! Sticking with this for a while and then moving up. My goal is 1800 - 2000, which is about right for 130 pounds, 48 year old female, 5'6" :)) I am sooo appreciative of the support I have been given here. Gradual increases along with getting hormonal imbalances corrected have helped tremendously. I want to thank ALL who have encouraged me - past, present, and future :)) I am hopeful!

    Great job! The slow and steady way of doing it truly does work. I got my maintenance up to 2300 calories (I'm also 5'6", 150 & 46 yr old). You can do it!
