Skipping a rest day?

I did W3D3 yesterday and I'm feeling up for W4D1 today. Normally I run every other day so I shouldn't do it until tomorrow, but I won't have time in my schedule tomorrow (or Saturday) to get in a run. I don't want to take 3 days off in a row because it'll hurt my mojo. Should I just attempt W4D1 today?

I would. If it turns out to be too much, well, you've got two days to rest :)

I have two toddlers so I ran when I could, not when I should. I never ran three day in a row though. Two days should be fine.
