Hey guys! How are you all logging in the HIIT in MFP?

Usually what I do is wear a heartrate monitor to track the time and calories burned, and then I ADD NEW EXERCISE in MFP. I type in the name and input the time and calories burned.
  • I suppose I could wear my Fitbit and just have it update my calories burned. I don't have a heart rate monitor, though.

I don't have a heart rate monitor so for each one I just use the pre-loaded BodyCombat ones - 30, 45, or 60 minutes worth. I know it's not as accurate as I want it to be, but oh well.

This is how I typically do it as well, I don't have a monitor so I just use this as a guideline.

I rarely eat all of my calories back anyways, so it's a decent help.
