Happy Day 2 shredders! Anyone else sore? :p This is my third time completing the 30DS so I started with Level 2. She is not messing around with those jump twists!

    I woke up very sore this morning! Getting on one of my horses first thing thing morning probably didn't help - I'm currently working up to doing it again!

    Just on level 1. Having problems with the floor exercises as I've got a cold and ashma so end up checking - I tried to do a standing up version any suggestions

    Is the problem that you can't breathe flat on your back? Maybe if you have something you can place behind your back you can perform the exercises at a decline rather than flat on your back, leaving more room in your airway.

    Just push yourself as hard as you healthily can - everyone gets sick, and pushing your body too hard is not good for it in the long run! :)
